Until now, the two new Management Board members have acted as spokespersons for the divisions within heristo aktiengesellschaft. Christian Schröder will continue to be fully responsible for the Pet Food division and will now be represented on the Management Board. This includes the companies saturn petcare with production sites in Bremen, Hattem (Netherlands) and Vigo (USA) as well as the animonda brand. Marc Sodeikat will assume the same role for the Human Food division with the companies Stockmeyer, Balcerzak, Buss Fertiggerichte, Appel Feinkost, Norda and YOUCOOK. "With this forward-looking step, we are placing the management of our group of companies on a broad foundation for the long term. With their experience, Christian Schröder and Marc Sodeikat are the ideal additions to the Management Board to continue to meet the diverse tasks and challenges in the food and pet food industry," says Heinrich W. Christian Schröder has been a member of the heristo Group since November 2021. Previously, he was Chairman of the Management Board of Bell Deutschland Holding GmbH and a member of the Group Executive Board of Bell Food Group AG for many years. Marc Sodeikat has already been working for heristo for nine years as Managing Director of Westfälische Fleischwarenfabrik Stockmeyer and has also been a member of the management of Buss Fertiggerichte and Appel Feinkost since 2014. Before joining the heristo Group, he held management positions in the food industry for many years.
